Satmile Satish Club “O” Pathagar (SSCOP) NGO - registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act established in 2001. SSCOP strengthens and facilitates the grass-roots level community institutions like SHGs, FPOs, FPCs by creating convergences with Government, International agencies and Corporate for holistic development of the rural communities

SSCOP primarily works in the creation of livelihood through Conservation Agriculture and Allied activities like Fisheries, Poultry, Pig rearing, Duck rearing – thereby creating incomes. SSCOP creates rural enterprises with a focus on rural women entrepreneurship

AGRICULTURE – CURRENT AND PAST PROJECT
We started the interventions in Agriculture in the year 2008 with a small pilot with the major change coming in 2013-14 when we started working as a Service Provider under the Sustainable and resilient farming systems intensification in the Eastern Gangetic Plains

We have initiated a unique WASH project in partnership with DAP, Australian High Commission in the schools and villages and other community places in Coochbehar 1 Block 1.
